Most celebrities don’t need help to look crazy; their strange and wild antics usually come out naturally. But that’s one of the reasons we love them, right? The geniuses on Madison Ave have been capitalizing on this fact for years. Here are seven of the top crazy celebrity endorsement ads from the last decade:

1) Tiger Wood’s Nike Commercial-“Father’s talk”: Tiger definitely got himself in the bunker this past year, but I think he really hit below par with this ad. We see the face of a contrite Tiger while we listen to a recording of his dead father’s voice in the background, and it seems to be scolding Tiger for his indiscretions. If Nike’s goal was to make us squirm uncomfortably, they hit a hole in one. Yikes.

2) Snickers’ “Road Trip” Commercial: Snickers put average guys on a road trip…with Aretha Franklin and Liza Minnelli? The point is, you turn into diva if you are hungry, so eat a candy bar. She may have to buy her candy bars in bulk! All I can say is the money must’ve been right, because not too many divas are willing to poke fun at themselves!

3) Wonderful Pistachio’s, “Get Cracking” with Snookie: This pistachio commercial features Snookie, from Jersey Shore fame, cracking a pistachio nut on a tanning bed. Fun snack food, nutty celebrity!

4) Danica Patrick-Go Daddy commercials: In this steamy ad, Danica Patrick is driving in the desert and then gets pulled over by a sexy woman cop . When the cop realizes who Danica is, she completely loses her composure, gushing about becoming a “Go Daddy Girl”. Then, you guessed it, she starts stripping off her clothes. (Sorry guys, you have to see the rest online!)

5) Wes Anderson-American Express: Not everyone has seen this ad, (because it’s super long) but they should! Wes Anderson, the movie director, takes us through his crazy day on the movie set while talking about American Express. This ad is clever, witty, and just plain fun!

6) Geico celebrity commercials-Little Richard: In this commercial, a real Geico customer describes her experience with a claim, while the celebrity Little Richard adds his flamboyant expressions and embellishments. Wait a minute… Little Richard talking about car insurance? Yeah, that’s “Tutti Fruitti” for sure!

7) Michael Jordan/Charlie Sheen-Hanes Underwear ads: Charlie Sheen doesn’t seem like the type to stalk another celeb. Ok, maybe… he does? Anyway, in this commercial for Hanes, Charlie chases down Michael, trying to impress him with his underwear choice. It sounds extremely creepy, but it’s really funny.
