Not many people know who Kobi Levi is, but his shoes are as recognisable as Christian Louboutin’s style. Levi is the Israeli shoe designer who shot to fame after designing the boots that Lady Gaga wore in her “Born This Way” video. Levi designs shoes around mishaps like spilled coffee or stepping gum. The 36-year old received an email saying that Lady Gaga was looking for a designer to submit shoe designs based on a “Metamorphosis” theme for her upcoming music video. Levi jumped at the opportunity and ended up being the chosen one to dress Gaga’s feet.
